Each cell of an NXN matrix is 0 or 1. You are given two such matrices, the initial and final.There is a button against each row and each column of the intial matrix. Pressing a row toggles all the cells in that row. Pressing a column button toggles all cells in that column.
You are required to find the minimum number of button presses to transform from initial matrix to final. Also tell the specific buttons(row and col sequence) required to transform.
